At setupfitdoor, we take pride in the quality of our interior décor products. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not entirely happy with your order, we're here to help.

2. Return Policy Overview

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item).

For handmade and custom items, our return policy may vary as outlined below.

3. Return Eligibility

3.1 Eligible Items

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Returned within 30 days of delivery
  • In the same condition that you received it
  • In the original packaging where possible
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

3.2 Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom-made or personalized items (unless defective)
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance"
  • Gift cards
  • Membership purchases
  • Digital products
  • Items that have been used, installed, or show signs of wear

4. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
  3. Package the item securely with all the original packaging materials, accessories, and documentation.
  4. Include the RMA number on the outside of the package and the original receipt inside.
  5. Ship the package to the address provided in the return instructions.

5. Refunds

5.1 Processing Time

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of time, depending on your card issuer's policies.

5.2 Refund Methods

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase:

  • Credit/debit card refunds: 5-10 business days
  • Bank transfer refunds: 5-7 business days
  • Store credit: Immediately available for use

5.3 Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued in the following situations:

  • Item is returned with signs of use or handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the item
  • Item is missing parts, accessories, tags, or original packaging
  • Item shows signs of damage caused after delivery

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] or +61 407 728 955. Please provide details of the damage or defect and include photos if possible.

For damaged or defective items, we will cover the cost of return shipping and will either:

  • Replace the item with an identical item
  • Offer a full refund including original shipping costs
  • Provide store credit for the full purchase price

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at [email protected].

9. Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item unless the item is defective or incorrect. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
